Biography

Served British Armed Forces WWII. Graduated 1948 from Camberwell School of Art and Crafts. Teaching post London Central School of Arts and Crafts. Emigrated to New Zealand in 1953; joined the staff of Elam School of Fine Arts where he lectured until 1960. Moved to Sydney in 1960. In 1988 he returned to live in Wellington, New Zealand.
